If your answer is; I don’t know, facebook, instagram, weebly, squarespace or any other platform where you do not have the means to back-up or migrate your data. Its time to re-think about where you are storing and hosting your content.

Ask your-self this, if your website were to disappear as you are reading this post, do you have a re-course? If your Instagram or Facebook page were permanently deleted, do you still have a means for reaching your audience?

The answer is simple. Make sure you have an open-source website that you can easily back-up or migrate, while also ensuring you are keeping your website updated with the same, engaging content you are posting to social media. Your website should always be at the center of your business internet activity.
